PocketSite is a SaaS platform that allows users to create Mini Websites (PocketSites) and WhatsApp Stores for their business. Services are provided on a subscription basis.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account at support@pocketsite.crescent-soft.site.

4. Subscription & Billing

Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable except as outlined in our Refund Policy. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use PocketSite to: (a) violate any applicable laws, (b) transmit spam or malicious content, (c) infringe intellectual property rights of others, (d) engage in fraudulent activity.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, templates, features, and functionality of PocketSite are owned by PocketSite and protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.

7. Limitation of Liability

PocketSite shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use of or inability to use the service.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service immediately ceases.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Tamil Nadu, India.
